Our Founders.
Tiffany Harper and Chasity Boyce didn’t just step into the legal field — they leaped in with purpose. These two trailblazing attorneys knew firsthand the obstacles faced by underrepresented women in law and decided to change the game. With their passion and experience, they co-founded DAPP to create a strong support system for first-year law students from diverse backgrounds, helping them succeed in law school and beyond. Moreover, they knew that law firms and corporations would benefit from the
intentional development of diverse talent, with staying power in the profession, that would soon matriculate to their organizations. Tiffany and Chasity bring heart, strategy, and a “make-it-happen” attitude to the legal pipeline, ensuring every DAPP Scholar and Fellow is empowered, connected, and ready to thrive.
